Xtrap issues

Xtrap is a game security program that comes with some games.
However, many people run into issues with this.

As well as my friend when she tries to play LaTale.
The patcher loads, she presses start, Xtrap loads fine then POOF. Game doesn't load and launcher vanished.

We tried so much, disabling anti-virus, disabling firewall, changing to DEP, uninstalling lots of things like virtual drivers, IE, changed to Windows NT compatablility, I send her my Xtrap folder to replace hers, as game works for me, reinstalled the game 5 times, redownloading Xtrap by removing folder and running game so it redownloads... so many things we tried.

Nothing worked.

When bypassing Xtrap game does load but shuts down after a few minutes.

Any suggestions please?

Does she have Windows 7? Because to say, Xtrap never likes Windows 7, and the issue against it has been around for a good year or two and they've hesitated to fix it.

Xtrap doesn't like anything. not only win7 and LaTale. same problems in Elsword and Dragona. it doesn't like Skype, and now it tries to hate even tamspeak. I dunno how many tickets I sent to Xtrap developers. seems they don't care at all

Skype is a one big problem itself nowdays... It doesn't shut on it's own it doesn't work properly nor it does any better job than any other program...

And since it touches programs like that try closing anything that might associate similarities like a hack anything that you don't need switch of like Xfire, skype, ventrillo, Team speak, etc...and anything that might interupt internet connection...Since xtrap doesn't work very well or at all to prevent cheaters from entering the game ,it blocks most of the programs out xD ...
