Wow so many suggestions, Though I am not going to watch Inuyasha or one peice, I do believe you when you say there good. But I am not into the long shows though i bet i could get into them... anyways! thank you all for your wonderful comments!

Actuly this rushed into my head just now...I like swearing and you eFin know it! So is there any English dubbed anime where you hear a lot of swear words like Hellsing? for me it kinda makes it more fun to watch xD ...

Really depends on what you like; what you've listed can easily lead to suggestions that go both ways...

In any case, if you like shows like Evangelion or FMA, you might like these:
Neon Genesis Evangelion (why not give the original a go? It's a good title in it's own right)
RahXephon
Aquarion (Preferably Genesis of Aquarion before you dive into Aquarion EVOL, which just premiered)
Zegapain
Xam'd: Lost Memories
Valkyria Chronicles
Legend of the Legendary Heroes
Slayers
Jyu Ou Sei
Mobile Solider Gundam (original universe if probably what you want to give a go at if you want something not as action-y as the newer titles)
Macross (if you want something a bit different and more action-y than Gundam)
