Did you ever pay for points, like you can buy better weapons in a fps game.

Never. And never will...or let's say, I haven't found a free to play mmorpg yet that's worth paying for.
I never played WoW or any other p2p mmorpgs, but I can see why people like it and are willing to pay for it.

I have from time to time, but not much. Sometimes I log in and find I have free cash shop currency, so that's always fun. This happened in MapleStory the other day so I expanded my 'misc' item slots o_O

I would say the same thing. I have paid for P2P games but that's another thing. I believe almost every P2P game worth its money at least the ones i played, but never paid a cash shop for items points and i don't see myself doing it real soon.

Not in for a FPS game, no.
But I have spent some money on Grand Chase, mainly because I found the job change quests so tedious I'd rather spend 7 bucks on it.
Also, I've bought quite some armor, not high level armor to get an advantage on others but low level armor, just for the looks of it. I usually bought this with the remainder of my job change cash.

I only pay for subscriptions to games. I doubt I will ever pay real money for virtual goods. I am just not a fan of cash shops so I am afraid that you and I do not see eye to eye on that particular scenario.
