What is the Best Mmorpg you have ever played/you are playing.

Well ... I played lots and lots of MMO's but my "first love" is and always be Lineage 2.

I started with Chronicle 1 back in 2004 and I played since Interlude without pauses. On different private servers, of course.

Dragon Nest is the best! I know it hasn't been released in NA but you can play the chinese version and download this patch that translates it to english, It's a really fun game

Hmm best mmorpg i've played must be Diablo and Wow.I still go back to diablo sometimes when i'm bored.As for wow i've quited for a year now.I'm not playing anything at the moment but waiting to try out Legendary Champions.

Everquest...the original.

The game allowed for great customization in character appearance. Offered a variety of skills, gears, mounts, pets...etc. Really, what I liked about it the most was the fact that it was a challenge...but in a fun way. The game didn't just hand things too you like games these days. There was no such thing as casual for that game...for to be good, meant actually being skillful. Realms were huge, the community is amazing! I loved the game......I hate how bad the graphics are now that it is an old game though. As an animation major, I outright refuse to play anything that looks that bad.

To date, nothing I have played compares to it. EQ2 is down right horrible Some have come close though. I HATE how WoW looks, but it was cool until they dumbed it down for the casual player. Aika has decent PvP, but only because of its varying types of pvp. Otherwise, skills aren't varied enough from person to person to really make it interesting. When it comes down to who saw who first, and who has the most pots...thats pretty boring. :\ I will say that the community is interesting with equal parts helpful people and drama filled-guild beef-nation war starting trolls. The game has nice graphics and good skill animations...and the pran thing is interesting. Support is AWFUL though! During a server crash I lost my whole account for over 2.5 weeks with no real communication from them.
