Very awesome ideas guys. Beats the crap out of the ideas behind half the generic free to play fantasy MMORPGs =p.

I've always felt that MMORPGs were too restricting. I Loved Ultima Online back in 1999 because you could attack ANYONE in the game, ANYWHERE outside of town. If you killed someone, you could loot EVERYTHING they had on them. Brutal. I know.

I really liked that sense of 'ANYTHING' goes. So my ideal fantasy MMORPG would be a game that is equally as open. Players would have to hunt with friends if they want to be safe, or be prepared to bolt if they other players. This made hunting and farming in the game much more dangerous. The dragon you're fighting may not kill you, but someone else might.

Player housing is also a must have feature in my hypothetical game. It seems like most games today totally ignore player housing, which sort of sucks. I'm not talking about lame player housing in Runes of Magic where your house is in some special instanced area. I want player housing in the persistent world.

Am I the only one who likes the idea of player housing? I don't really see anyone else asking for it =[.

Yeah but I don't think it's possible to just add a new object in the game, such as house
It could be like Runescape though, in an instanced area but players can still go in it.

OFC we all too want that LOL. At least I do. And the thing is, DarkFall gives all that. OMG I so want to play this game. I just wish it was F2P... ;/

Also if you want to see some of the best DF features click here. This explains a lot of which can be done in game. All of what you talk about ReMo, and maybe more Truly stunning vid =)

F2P WoW with no Outland. I'm cheap as hell, and that expansion is a disgrace. Otherwise, this game is perfect.

Id like to see a mech mmorpg with Exteel controls, form your own corp, build a base, mech customization, build static defenses for it, all in realtime, not that instanced housing crap.

Or maybe a realistic dogfighting game? same deal. licensed planes, realtime base, etc etc.

Zubafet i love your idea i love percy jackson films and books ive read them all so it'd be amazing if there would be a game like that ^^ and i like your idea of the summers spent at the camp and that :P If you have read the last olympian the end fight would be amazing at end game content too :P
