What's your favorite MMORPG?


-I finally built myself a new computer that can run just about anything. (Not bragging but I'm happy because I've been using a netbook before this for the last 2 years.) So I was wondering your guys' opinions and I'll try them out!

Ragnarok Online by far, nothing gets even close to its enjoyment. It's the only MMORPG I played for several years without getting bored.

Others I considered really good MMORPGs (in order I played them):
MapleStory
Rose Online (semi-dead)
Fiesta Online
LaTale (dead)
WonderKing (dead)
Dragonica
Allods
Dungeons and Dragons Online

Someone said to me at facebook that MapleStory has many cheats? is that true?

And can you tell me some good things about MS. I want to hear from someone's opinion.

Yes, there are many hack and bots for MapleStory but what else would you expect from a game that has the highest number of registered accounts of ALL MMORPGs and at the same time basically no GMs. But honestly, I found it's quite ignorable, it doesn't disturb the normal gameplay much and since it hardly has any PVP you are actually glad there are hackers and botters, because they made the market prices go down, meaning you can get good equip much cheaper.

Why Maple Story is good:
- huge game, huge world, you can explore it basically endlessly, it's also quite unlinear
- 2D sidescroller RPG hybrid is a really good idea, gameplay is fun

That's about it. I liked it mainly because of the 2D sidescroller concept. There used to be better games than MapleStory, but they all closed unfortunately, so if you want a game of this style then MapleStory is your best choice currently.

My Two favorite MMO's of all time; Aion and Grand Fantasia.
Aion I would say is my top game. It just appeals to me in so many ways that I smile while playing this game and I can't help it. It's a game I struggle to put down and can't wait to start it back up. But I also don't want to rush it either. Since last year, I'd say its been my Main MMO.

Grand Fantasia because the community was the best I had ever seen in ANY mmo or console online game also. Lots of events for everyone to try out. All you need is to meet the level requirements for some events. Costumes and cash shop items are not impossible to have without ever spending a penny. The GM's were also great people who tried their hardest off and on the site. It was a shame to see the community practically drop dead when Eden Eternal came out though.

Other MMO's I enjoyed or loved (Sorry this maybe a bit anime mmo over dose, but generic fantasy games really got me liking anime-esque mmos with its broad pallet of colors and such) : Bright Shadow, Cardmon Hero, Dragon Saga, Remnant Knights, Cloud Nine (holic 2 ), DFO, FreeStyle Street Basketball.

i don't know well
the games i've played most was Eden Eternal, Cabal Online and Metin2 (my first MMO but the portuguese version as week comunity)

in this 3 is problably Eden Eternal i start it alone (with out personal friends what doesn't appen in the other 2) and i standt there for a while so yeh Eden Eternal is my favourite game until now

i'm waiting for some new games like FireFall and Age of Wuin i hope both of this games are good

Forsaken World and Runes of Magic.

Eden Eternal would be here to if it didn't have cell-shaded anime graphics, or if it at least had a better interface... but I still love their class system (that they copy-pasted from FF-Tactics )
