Can't believe I haven't posted in here yet, according to the thread listing.

My favorite MMORPG features so far, are from Mabinogi.

For customization, my favorite MMORPG is Perfect World International.

For Cash shop value, my favorite is Eden Eternal.

For best support via GMs? Eden Eternal.

As for best graphics? Combination of Vindictus and White Knight Chronicles.

Best dungeon-based MMORPG? White Knight Chronicles.

Vindictus, without a doubt. Aion is a great game, and now that the Truly Free 3.0 Ascension update is adding player housing, mounts, and new instances, it will be a real contender in the F2P genre. That being said, I still think Vindictus is the most enjoyable, and it has the highest quality character customization of any game I've played in the last 30 years.
